A: We are located at 820 Thomson Road, Mt Alvernia Medical Centre D #08-55, Singapore 574623.
Note: Our Gleneagles Medical Centre branch closed with effect from 1 January 2025.
Q: What are your consultation hours?

Tuesdays & Thursdays: 9.00am – 11.00am, 2.00pm – 3.30pm
Saturdays: 9.00am – 12.30pm
Appointments are required.

Q: What if I need urgent medical help outside clinic hours?
A: In case of emergencies, please proceed to the nearest A&E or Urgent Care Centre (UCC) at Gleneagles or Mount Alvernia Hospital.
Q: Do I need a referral to see Dr. Chan?
A: No referral is needed. You may contact us directly to schedule a visit.
